Digital microscopy allows the collection of high resolution images taken using a microscope lens with autofocus and stitching capabilities.
- Tool / Equipment (or Software) Description

A benchtop Hirox HRX-01 digital microscope with a H-2500E attachment was used to acquire single detailed images of selected areas. Detail images were acquired with ×20 magnification (wide-range objective) or ×30 magnification (wide-range objective), ring LED light and multi-focus mode. Images were processed with the HRX-01 software.
